In summer due to scorching heat every one feel dehydrated and fatigue. The best way to keep yourself fresh and active in summers is to use as much fluids as you can. Use fresh juices they will keep you cool and energetic. In summers mostly people are dehydrated because of the harsh weather and it is bad for health. Also the fact that one gets bored of drinking water all the time so there are always fresh fruits available that you can squeeze in a glass and chill. These fruit juices are also low in calories so wont increase your wait as people are really conscious about their weight specially females. Mango is one of the best fruits in summers, it is the king of fruits in summers and one should make the most out of it.


Mango juices are delicious. One can also make a smoothie. Orange juice is another fresh fruit juice which is excellent for summers and is rich in Vitamin C. Pineapple is good for summers because it has vitamin C in it, pineapple juice is also good for digestion. You can also mix some fruits according to your taste and make your own summer drink. A mixture of water melons, cucumber and grape juice is an excellent combo. All of these are rich in Vitamin C and this particular mixture is also good for constipation. Apple juice with lime is also a great combo for fresh fruit juices in summers. Lemon juice and lemonades are excellent to kill the heat in summers and they are also good for digestion. Keep mixing fresh fruits and have these fresh fruit juices in summers and have a cool summer.

Tropical storm Beryl makes landfall on US coast

The weather system was expected to continue dumping rain over parts of Florida and Georgia. Tropical Storm Beryl made landfall early Monday in northeast Florida, bringing drenching rains and driving winds to the southeastern U.S. coast, forecasters said. The National Hurricane Center in Miami reported that Beryl made landfall over Duval and northern St. John s counties, with near-hurricane-strength winds of 70 mph (113 kph).
