No one wants to look old. People who don’t look after themselves enter in to old age before time. Always give yourself some time. In young age people don’t take care of themselves as they think that they would never grow old. That’s not right. And once you enter old age phase your tissues, body, and bones becomes weak. Old age doesn’t mean that you leave all activities of life . and become dull and slow. Don’t stop your daily activities, make a regular routine of walk and do some light exercises. A healthy balanced diet is very important. Give special importance to your diet, eat healthy food on time.
Don’t ignore your hunger. It will damage your body strength and energy at a fast pace. Take a nutritional full breakfast, lunch and dinner can be simple. Milk is very essential for you in old age as it is a major source of Calcium which is after all very much important for your bones. Be optimistic nd positive, try taking tentions and conflicts eaiser. Don’t take yourself as an old person. Feel the young energy in yourself and enjoy your life and health with a young and energetic approach.
