Anne Hathaway, Peaches Geldof and a host of other celebrities at The One Day premiere opted for a cream and black theme last night, leaving the red carpet teaming with LBDs and feminine frocks. The Devil Wear s Prada star looked stunning in a lace calf length dress, which she matched with elegant brown heels, a cream and gold clutch and her trade mark post-box red lips to attend the premiere at Westfield Shopping Centre.Anne Hathaway s attire complimented her on-screen squeeze Jim Sturgess, who wore a white opened collared shirt and black suit. The X Factor host Dermot O Leary and Blue member Simon Webb also decided to do a matching act with their
guests, both deciding to dress in jet black suits, whilst their companions chose black dresses.
Peaches Geldof opted for a demure vintage number, which was smattered with silver thread and bead work.
Stars of reality TV show, Made in Chelsea, also blended in with the theme last night. Millie Mackintosh wore a cream shirt and black shorts and both Alexandra Felstead and Gabriella Ellis looked like red carpet professionals in black dresses.
The film, an adaptation of David Nicholl s best-selling novel, has received mixed reviews from the critics who claim Hathaway s Yorkshire accent fails to hold up in the British rom com.
But Hathaway has faced criticism saying she tuned into Yorkshire-based soap Emmerdale while honing her Northern accent for the new film.
